Providence Hall BoxTops Program
It’s all about free money for our school! We can earn up to $20,000 by simply clipping and collecting boxtops coupons. We have put together a fun program for the students in order to reach our school goal of 55,000 boxtops this year!
Here’s how the program works:
· Each month the students will bring home a Boxtop collection sheet with 12 places to attach a Boxtop coupon. Please DO NOT Staple!
· Students will return their completed collection sheet (with 12 Boxtop coupons attached—or simply send 12 boxtops in a ziplock bag with your child’s name and grade) to their classroom collection center by the due date. Please DO NOT Staple!
· On Thursday, wristbands will be handed out to all students that successfully complete their Boxtop collection sheet.
· On Friday, eligible kids dress down. In order to dress down, students MUST be wearing their wristband when they arrive at school and continue to wear it throughout the day.

Check your child’s balance at www.providencehall.com, click on parents/students and then boxtop balance.
Dress Down Rules:
· Choose your favorites…t-shirts, jeans (no holes), dresses, skirts, shorts (knee length)
· No tank tops, spaghetti straps, flip flops
· If dress is not appropriate for school, parents will be notified immediately.
· Additional boxtops will be credited toward future dress down days. No balances will be carried over for the 2012-2013 school year.
· Boxtops MUST be turned in by 3:00pm on the collection day. If your child will be absent on collection day, please send their boxtops beforehand.
